These terms cover use of this website and enquiries made through it. Terms for any work we carry out are set out in the written quotation we issue to you.

2. Use of this website
You may use this site to view our services, brick slip range and contact details, and to make genuine enquiries. You must not misuse it, attempt to disrupt it, or use its content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
3. Information and imagery
We keep the information on this site accurate, but brick is a natural fired product: colour, texture and blend vary between batches, and screens do not reproduce them exactly. Photographs and product images are indicative. Always confirm your final choice against a physical sample at the showroom.
4. Quotations
Quotes are free and carry no obligation. No price information is published on this website; every job is priced individually against its size, brick choice, substrate and access. A quotation becomes binding only once issued in writing and accepted, and is subject to the terms stated on it.
5. Guarantee
Installations we carry out are covered by our 25-year workmanship guarantee. The guarantee covers our workmanship; it does not cover damage caused by third-party alterations, structural or damp problems originating in the building, or neglect. Full terms are supplied with your quotation.
6. Supply-only orders
Where we supply materials without installation, responsibility for setting out, fixing, adhesive selection and finished result rests with whoever carries out the work.
7. Intellectual property
The content, layout, logo and photography on this site belong to Bespoke Brickwork or our suppliers and may not be reproduced without permission.
8. Liability
Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise, this website is provided as-is and we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on its general information rather than on a written quotation.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
