What we collect
Only what you send us: your name, phone number, email address, town or postcode, and any details or photographs you include about the job. We do not ask for payment card details through this website.
Why we use it
To answer your enquiry, prepare a quote, arrange a showroom visit or site visit, and carry out work you instruct us to do. That is our legitimate interest in responding to a request you made, and where relevant the steps needed to enter into a contract with you.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your details. Information may be handled by the service providers that run our website hosting, email and enquiry handling, strictly so those services work. We will disclose information where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to deal with them and to honour the 25-year workmanship guarantee on any work carried out. Ask us to delete an enquiry and we will, unless we are required to retain it.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses only what is needed for the pages to work correctly. Embedded content — such as the Google Map on our contact page — is served by third parties who may set their own cookies and apply their own privacy policies.
Your rights
